摘  要:本文依据复合减速机的设计要求,通过可靠性分析,建立了复合减速机交互多目标的最优化模型。在优化设计中,考虑了冷胶合强度的约束条件,根据弹性流体动力润滑理论,建立了齿轮最小油膜厚度计算公式,应用本文所提供的优化模型,对复合减速机进行了交互式多目标优化设计,并获得了有价值的结论。In this peper through reliability analysis,the mathematic model of interactive multiobjective op-ation design of the complex speed reducer is established accoding to the designing demands for the re-er. The optimum design takes into account the cold gluing together as the restraint condition of the are A formula for calculating,the minim oilfilm thickness is developed on basis of elasto-hydrodynam-ic lubrication theory. Through the application of the above model ,an interactive multiobjective optuniza-tion design of the complex speed reducer has been accomplished and some useful conclusions has been ob-tained.
