摘  要:为了对He-Ne激光器的放电机理进行动力学研究,本文报导采用脉冲余辉法测量He-Ne共振转移速率系数。我们的测量方法比而动余辉法简单,我们测量的情况完全类似于He-Ne激光器的工作条件。In order to make kinetic study on discharge mechanism in He-Ne lasers,it is important to measure the rate coefficients of resonance excitation-energy transfer.This paper introduces the pulsed afterglow method for measuring of rate coefficients in He-Ne laser mixture. According to afterglow sim-plified equation,measuring the intensity attenuation of the absorbing spectral lines(501.6nm,3889nm)of He-Ne mixture,the attenuation rate of He*(2 ̄1s_o)concentration can be measured,and the res-onance excitation-energy transfer rate can alse been ditermined.The methdis simpler,direct,and the measurement condition is very similar to operating condition of He-Ne laser.The method has higher ac-curacy and is better than flowing afterglow technique.
