摘 要:试验已获得用He-Ne激光诱导美洲黑杨“I69”杨子房愈伤组织的无性繁殖系“clone14”,经细胞学分析,证明它是起源于雌配子体的母系单倍体。经过两年来的继代培养,其愈伤组织的品质已越来越趋于纯化,用它的次生愈伤组织,在适合的分化培养基上,芽分化率由原来的20%提高到55%以上,而且切取分化根,进行芽分化培养,也能长芽。The asexual reproductive lines″clone 14″ of the ovary callus have been obtained ininducing populus deItoides Bartr CV. ″Lax″(I69)by He-Ne laser. The cytology analysisshowed that the″ clone 14″ was the maternal haploid which came from the female gameto-phyte. After two years’culture,the quality of the callus have become more and more pure.When its secondary callus vvere cultured on the proper differentiation medium,their bud dif-ferentiation rates have been raised to more than 55%from the original 20%。 Even more,itcan also grow bud from the differentiated roots which have been cut into differentiate buds.
