培植牛黄傅立叶变换红外光谱研究

摘　　要：用傅立叶变换红外光谱研究了６种不同产地的培植牛黄，结果表明，培植牛黄的主要成分是胆红素钙；培植牛黄较天然牛黄含有较多的蛋白和胆酸类物质。Six bezoar fractions cultured from different places were studied by means of FTIR,the re-sults demonstrated that Ca-bilirubinate was the major component in it.The subtraction spectrashowed that cultured bezoar contained more protein and bile acids than natural bezoar and that therewas no substantial difference between the two.
