脉冲YAG激光对小儿耳鼻咽喉常见病治疗效果及其作用机理的探讨

摘　　要：应用脉冲ＹＡＧ激光对７２６例小儿耳鼻咽喉炎性疾病进行了治疗，有显著疗效者占１００％。治疗后，血清免疫球蛋白ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＭ分别从治疗前的０．７７４±０．２５８１，６．９７４±２．６６８９，０．９６６２±０．３６９增加到１．２３７２±０．６５４２，１０．０１８±２．０４２，１．２６０９±０．２５０３，升高明显。（Ｐ＜０．０１）激光照射金葡菌，大肠埃希氏菌，Ａ－链球菌后，菌落数减少，超微结构示大肠埃希氏菌，金葡菌的胞壁和质膜破裂，基质成份外溢，电子密度浅亮。结果表明脉冲ＹＡＧ激光治疗耳鼻咽喉炎性疾病具有安全有效、易于操作的特点。它不仅能直接杀灭病原菌，且能增强病人的免疫功能。cases of children with otorhinolaryngologic infectious diseases(OLD)were treated with PYAGL,and the results showed that 100%of the cases were effective. The average of the serum IgA ,IgG and lgM levels before the treat-ment were increased from 0. 774 ± 0. 258g/1.6. 974±0. 26689g/1. and 0. 966 ± 0 369g/L. to 1. 237± 0. 654g /L. 10. 018±2. 042g/L,and 1. 26±0. 251g/L.(p<0. 01 )respectively. The clone numbers of S. aureus,E. coli and group A Streptcoccoi reduced significantly after treatment with lase The walls of the cells and the plas-mic membranes vvere broken and the cytoplasm were over released with the laser-treated by the observahon of the electro microscope.The results indicated tha PYAGL.was safe ,effective ang easy to operate for children with OLD. It not only killed the pathogens directly ,but increased the im-munglobulin levels in the patients.
