摘　　要：本文报告了对玻璃结构全内腔式小型氦氖激光管寿命特性研究的结果和结论。The failure mechanism of He-Ne lasers is compared with the physical model of Weibull function. It follows that the lifetime of He-Ne lasers ought to obey Weibull function. An equation for lifetime shortening is derived, which is used to determine readily the lifetime characteristics of He-Ne lasers.
