摘  要:研究了应用SPICE2程序模拟网络函数的一种方法。建立了由电感微分器结合多项式电压源构成的电压系数可编程的一阶、二阶网络函数子电路模型。模拟结果给出的各阶网络函数的频率响应曲线和相应电压数值与实际电路的分析结果完全一致。将网络函数的子电路模型与SPICE2的其他子电路模型结合,能够构造更复杂的线性、非线性系统电路模型。In this paper, a general network function model with voltage-programmable coefficients is discussed. A method is accomplished to establish a general network function model by an application of SPICE2 's polynomail-controlled sources and a simple differential model. This differential model is composed of a transcenductance source and inductor. The simple first-order and second-order network function models are described with a block diagram and subcircuits. The simple models may easily be combinedto create 18rger network function models. Since the models are voltage--programmable, is not necessary to edit them for each application. The numerical and graphical responses of a variety of systems obtained with the network function models compare favorably with the responses obtained by using the other approach.
