摘 要:本文研究了辽宁绒山羊被毛的纤维类型、形态结构和细度分布,绒毛性状的相关关系以及体躯不同部位羊绒细度的变异。结果表明,辽宁绒山羊被毛纤维由山羊绒和山羊毛组成,山羊毛分为有髓毛、两型毛和无髓毛。山羊绒、有髓毛、两型毛和无髓毛分别占被毛根数的91.36%、5.59%、2.18%和0.93%,平均直径(μm)分别为13.75,45.67,30.of,25.30。绒层高度、毛层高度分别为4.52mm和11.62cm。绒重比为53.97%。绒直径、毛直径分别为13.09μm和45.57μm。绒长度、毛长度分别为8.89cm和12.96cm。绒层高度与毛层高度、毛长度的相关系数分别为0.5358和0.4600,绒直径与毛直径的相关系数为0.245。体侧鉴定部位羊绒直径最小,肩肿部位羊绒细度最大,体躯从前向后绒细度的分布趋势是前躯细度最大、中躯细度最小,体躯从上至下绒细度的分布趋势是背部细度最大,侧部细度最小。Fleece of liaoning cashmere goat was consisted of down and hair which was divided into medullated hair, heterotypical hair and' non-medullated hair.Down, medullated hair, heterotypical hair and non-medullated hair accounted for 91. 36%, 5. 59%, 2. 18% and 0. 93% of total number of fleece, resp., and their mean diameters were 13. 75, 45. 67, 30. 01 and 25. 30μm. resp. Height of down layer was 45. 20cm, height of hair layer was 11. 62cm, down weight ratio was 53. 97% down diameter was 13. 09μm,down length and hair length were 8. 89cm and 12. 96cm. Correlation coefficients of height of down layer with height of hair layer and hair length were 0. 5358 and 0. 4600, down dinmeter with hair dinmeter 0. 2450. There was a minimum down diameter at mid-side of the body and a maximum down diameter at shoulder. In the anteroposterior direction of the body, there was a coarsest fiber in anterior region of the body and a thinnest fiber in the midbody region. In the ventrodorsal direction of body, there was a coarsest fiber in back and a thinnest fiber in side of the body.
