奶牛血浆环核苷酸水平与产奶性能的关系

摘　　要：本研究采用放射免疫技术（ＲＩＡ）检测了加拿大纯种黑白花奶牛、吉林黑白花奶牛、杂交牛不同生理时期血浆环核苷酸的含量和变化．并对环核苷酸含量与产奶性状的相关性进行了研究。结果表明，不同品种牛血浆环核苷酸的含量均有一定差异，不同生理时期血浆环核苷酸具有较大的波动性，且不同基因型呈现基本一致的变化规律。血浆环核苷酸含量与产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量呈正相关关系（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此可以将此作为生产性能的表达指标。The results showed that the contents of blood plasma C. nucleotide were different between different breed cattle. Bind plasma C. nucleotide in different physiological period had a great fluctuation and different genotype showed no difference variance law. the content of blood plasma C. nucleotide had a positive relationship (P<0. 05) with milk yield, milk fat yield and the content of lactoprotein.Therefore, the blood plasma C. nucleotide could be regarded as a item in estimating the milk production.
