摘　　要：本文就鸡痘病毒作为基因工程重组疫苗的重要载体研究的进展作以综述。主要包括鸡痘病毒表达载体的构建，外源基因在重组鸡痘病毒中的表达及免疫效果，并对鸡痘病毒载体的研究及开发应用前景加以展望。Fowlpox virus as a vector, delivering recombinant fowlpox virus as vaccines. was summarized. It was discribed to construct a fowlpox virus recombinant,express immunogens from avian and mammalian pathogens and result in immunoreactions of vacination with them. Fowlpox virus vector will presents a facinating approach in developing of safe and efficient recombinant vaccines.
