武威地区1994年法定传染病疫情报告与管理工作情况

摘　　要：我区传染病疫情报告，１９９３年报告发病率已降至历史最低水平（１１２．０１／１０万）。但从调查及分析情况来看，我区医疗单位传染病漏报率高达３２．７０％。１９９４年我区制定了一系列切实可行的措施，疫情管理制度逐步健全，传染病报告发病率比１９９３年上升了１３５．５７％，有２／３以上的乡镇基本上消灭了月疫情“零病例”报告现象。同时分析认为，尽管全区传染病管理工作取得了明显的成绩，但村卫生所及个体诊所传染病漏报现象还相当严重，指出今后疫情管理工作在在继续抓好县级医疗单位的同时，将重点转向农村，加强基层医务人员法制教育，提高传染病报告意识。The morbidity of notifiable disease in 1 993 went down to the lowest level in the history ( 1 12. 01 / 100,000)of Wuwei prefecture. Nevertheless,other surveys and analysis showed that the under-report rate of infectious diseases in the medical insitutions was as high as 32. 70% . In 1 9 9 4 , after a series of practical measures were adopted and the system of epidemic management was made perfectly the report morbidity was 135. 57% more than that of 1993.There was no zero case monthly report in two thirds of towns and townships. It was believed that in spite of the fact that the management of infectious dis- eases of the prefecture has made obvious achievements ,the village clinics and personal medical workers still had a high rate of under-report. The analysis pointed out that , focus should be laid on the rural ar- eas , on the legal education of medical workers in the units of primary level while paying attention to the medical institution at the county level and on their awareness of reporting infectious diseases
