中华唐样吸虫（Tangiopsis　chinensis（Tang，1951））（Trematoda：Hemiuridae）后期生活史研究

摘　　要：本文报告福建璋平中华唐样吸虫（Ｔａｎｇｉｏｐｓｉｓｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（Ｔａｎｇ，１９５１））在第二中间宿主的发育，第二中间宿主为介虫Ｃｙｐｒｅｔｔａｓｐ．，Ｈｅｔｅｒｏｃｙｐｒｉｓｓｐ．，Ｄｏｌｅｒｏｃｙｐｒｉｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ，并对该吸虫后阶段发育进行观察描述。The greater part dealing with the life cycle of T. chinensis was studied by C.C. Tang in 1951.Now it was revealed that the ostracods of Cypretta sp.Heterocypris sp. and Dolerocypris sinensis were the suitable second intermediate hosts. The metacercaria was found in the haemocoel of these ostracods and fully grown in 3 days.At this stage no many changes were found over eercarial body but the caeca became developed and filled with yellowish oily particles. The whole metacercaria possesses twenty-four flame cells, and the pattern can be expressed as 2((2+2+2)+(2+2+2))=224.The 5-day-old metacercarcaria was 0.274mm by 0.067mm in size. The infectivity test with the fully grown metacerearia has shown that the adult metacercaria appeared in the stomach of their final host R. giurinus in 3 days after inoculation. The mature egg contains a fully developed miracidium with a ciliated cover and 16 arrow shaped spines which are radially arranged.
