摘 要:本文对来自我国长春(自犬分离,简称T.s6)、河南、天津、西安、河南和云南(均自猪分离,分别称T.s1、T.s2、T.s3、T.s4和T.s5)旋毛虫6个分离株的8种同工酶进行了研究。T.s6株与其他各分离株在5种同工酶(GPI、G6PD、HK、6PGDH、AK)酶谱上存在着差异;在ME和PGM的酶谱中完全相同;在MDH酶谱中,T.s6株与T.s1、T.s4两株酶谱相似,而与T.s2、T.s3、T.s5不同。结果表明:犬分离株旋毛虫(T.s6株)与源自猪的5个分离株旋毛虫的大多数同工酶酶谱存在明显差异。提示,我国旋毛虫虫株可能存在着两种不同的生物学类型。Six isolates of Trichinella spiralis isolated from Changchun (T.s6), Henan(T.s1 and T.s4),Tianjin (T.s2),Xian(T.s3)and Yunnan (T.s5)in China have been examined by the isoenzyme dectrophoresis for 8 isoenzymes(GPI, ME MDH, G6PD,HK,PGM, 6PGDH and AK).Changchun isolate was isolated from a naturally infected dog and the remaindere were from slaughtered swine naturally infected with T.spiralis. Changchun isolate was distinguishable from the remainders in isoenzyme patterns of GPI, G6PD, HK, 6PGDH and AK, while their isoenzyme patterns in ME and PGM were identical. The MDH pattern of Changchun isolate was similar to that of 2 Henan isolates,and it was distinguishable from that of Tianjin,Xian and Yunnan isolates. These results show that there are differences in isoenzyme patterns between Changchun isolate(from dog)and other five isolates (from swine).Thus it seems reasonable to assume that there are at least two different biological types of T.spiralis in China.
