不同类别物质对德国小蠊引诱作用的观察

摘　　要：经红外传感器自动监测德国小蠊（Ｂｌａｔｔｅｌｌａｇｅｒｍａｎｉｃａ）取食行为试验结果表明：在糖类中麦芽糖和葡萄糖引诱效果显高于乳糖、蔗糖和红糖；在６种测试食物中，炒豆粉、炒玉米粉和鱼粉引诱作用显高；植物汁液Ａ的引诱力显高于同组试验中的蒿子、洋葱、芹菜和蒜；丙二醇的引诱力显比同批测试的丙三醇、正丁醇、乙醇和异丙醇为高；在５种香精试验中，香精Ａ和菠萝香精的引诱效果显比香蕉香精、曲酒香精和杏仁香精高。在上述各组试验所得出的５种最佳引诱物与蟑螂酮－Ｂ（ＰＢ，ｐｅｒｉｐｌａｎｏｎｅ－Ｂ）的综合比较试验显示，植物汁液Ａ引诱效果最好，其次是麦芽糖，两者显比ＰＢ引诱效果好。同时，在蔬菜汁液、香精和醇类物质引诱试验中发现一个共同的趋势，即凡引诱力高的其嗅觉味道均是比较温和的。相反，味道刺激性强的，则引诱力差。Results of the experiments in which behaviour of taking food of German cockroach is studied with a series of the automatic keeping watch of the infrared sensor show that:1.The attractive effects of maltose and glucose is better then lactose, surgacane and red sugar;2.Roast beans flour, roast maize flour and fish flour have highter attractive effect;3.The attractive effect of vegetable juice A is hightest among wonnwood, onion, celery and garlic in the same experiment;4. Propylene glycol has a attractive effect then other ethyl alcohol--glycerin butylalcohol, alcohol and isopropanol in the experiment.5.The attractive effect of essence A and pineapple essence is very clear highter then banana essence,yeast alcohol drink essence and almond essence; 6.And the article obtains that vegetable juice A has a attractivest effect,the next is maltose,the attractive effect of the both vegetable juice A and maltose are highter clearly then periplanone--B(PB);7.Finally,a common trend is found that when the materials which have a soft smell taste they often have more strong attractive effects.
