摘　　要：本文以面向对象的系统分析方法为指导，提出从组织与功能模型入手分析问题空间，依照模板建立管理信息系统的对象模型的一种新方法。文中以邮电市话业务管理系统的分析为例，说明了这种方法。A new method for creating the object-oriented model of the enterprise management information system is presented in this paper. The analysis in the new method begins from the structure and its functions of the enterprise organization and a series of the object-oriented template models. An example of lecal telephone business management system illustrates the new method.
