井矿盐水溶开采实时故障诊断专家系统的建立

摘　　要：本文介绍了在岩盐水溶开采实时故障诊断专家系统建立过程中，应用符号处理和人工神经网络相结合的方法，对故障概念知识的表达以及诊断模型的确立。该系统已在四川长山盐矿初步运用并取得满意效果，增加了并盐开采过程中故障判断的及时性和准确性，延长了卤井生产安全期，提高了经济效益。This essay introduces the knowledge expression of hitch and the instruction of diagnosis model by the means of combining signal processing with neural net when we instructed the real-time hitch diagnosis expert system on salt solution mining.This system has been used by ChangShan salt mine of Sichuan and has obtained successful effect. We will diagnose the hitches more timely andmore accurate, and safety limit will also be prolonged and in result the economical benefit will be increased by using this system.
