粗纺马海毛纺纱工艺分析

摘　　要：安哥拉纤维属马海毛类,马海毛属珍惜的特种动物纤维,它以独特的类似蚕丝般的光泽,光滑的表面,柔软的手感,以及洗涤后纤维抗毡缩性能较好等特性,成为高档毛纺织品的上等原料,倍受人们的青睐。安哥拉纤维较粗,表面平滑、少卷曲,纤维长、刚性强、较挺直,有较强的卷曲弹性恢复率。纤维毡缩性较差,摩擦系数低、抱合力差。使用意大利奥蒂尔粗纺梳毛机加工纯安哥拉纱线,工艺技术难点多,在生产加工技术方面要根据纤维的特性,解决一些技术难点,文章对安哥拉纤维前处理、和毛、梳毛工艺的调整进行了研究和分析。Angola fiber is one kind of mohair fibers. The mohair belongs to the valued particular animal fiber. Angola fibers are thick, and its surface is smooth with low crimped. The length of the fibers is longer than wool, and the resiliency and the dastic recovery of the fibers are excellent. The selting strinkage of the fibers is bad,the rub factor of the fibers is low,and the fiber cohesion is bad. It is too difficult to spin Angola with OCTIR which is a wool card made in Italy. The paper studies and analysises the technology of pretreating, mixing and spinning of Angola.
