摘 要:在经历了几十年的发展历程后,涤纶仿毛产品在外观、手感、穿着舒适性和使用性能上有了长足的进步。文章通过对性能较优异的涤纶长丝仿毛产品的深入剖析,总结出涤纶仿毛产品设计的原则。研究表明,涤纶长丝仿毛产品正从原料多元化、纱线织物结构合理化、工艺规范化等几方面着手,逐步完善织物的综合特性,向多维结构、多功能以至超真方向发展。Through several decades of years, the polyester filament wool-like fabrics have made great progress in appearance, handle and clothing performance. In this paper, several polyester wool-like fabrics, which were good in all performances, were tested fully from fiber to fabric. The design methods of the polyester fabrics were analyzed. The results showed that by means of diversified materials, rational structure and rigid processing, the polyester filament woollike fabrics would be developed into multi-dimensional, multi-functional fabrics which would overpass pure wool fabrics.
