摘 要:目的:观察厚朴丸对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进运动的影响。方法:利用胃复安和阿托品造成小鼠胃排空亢进和胃排空抑制模型,利用新斯的明和肾上腺素造成小鼠小肠推进亢进和小肠推进抑制模型,观察厚朴丸对正常、亢进及抑制状态下小鼠胃肠活动的影响。结果:厚朴丸抑制正常小鼠胃排空和胃复安所致小鼠胃排空加快,能加强阿托品所致小鼠胃排空的抑制作用;对正常小鼠小肠推进和新斯的明所致小鼠小肠推进亢进也有抑制作用,但对肾上腺素所致小鼠小肠推进抑制无明显影响。结论:厚朴丸具有抑制正常和亢进状态的小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的作用,与临床用于止泻相符合。Objective:To investigate the effects of Houpu Pill on gastric emptying and intestinal transit in mice. nethods:A mice model of excited and inhibited gastric emptying was set up by administration of metoclopramide and atropine, respectively, to mice. A mice model of excited and inhibited intestinal transit was induced by feeding with neostigmine and adrenalin, respectively, to mice. The effects of Houpu Pill on gastric and intestinal activities were assessed, respectively, in the mice models. Results: Houpu Pill antagonized the excitation of both gastric emptying by metoclopramide and intestinal transit by neostigmine, and synergetically inhibited the gastric emptying by atropine. No effects on inhibition of the intestinal transit by adrenalin were found. Conclusion: Houpu Pill inhibited the normal and excited gastrointestinal peristalsis.
