摘 要:目的探讨参加研究生考试大学生人格特征,为教育实践提供依据。方法采用自填问卷调查方法,以16PF为测试工具,对包头市在校应届毕业生230名进行测试。结果在恃强性(E)、兴奋性(F)、有恒性(G)、敏感性(I)、幻想性(M)及专业而有成就者的综合人格因素方面,考研大学生显著高于非考研大学生;而世故性(N)低于非考研大学生。男大学生考研者在恃强性(E)、兴奋性(F)、敏感性(I)和幻想性(M)上显著高于非考研大学生;女大学生考研者在世故性(N)、忧虑性(O)上显著低于非考研大学生。考研大学生中,男大学生在恃强性(E)上显著高于女大学生,而在乐群性(A)上显著低于女大学生。结论人格因素中,有恒性、持强性、兴奋性、幻想性有助于大学生更好地发挥个人的潜智,在高等教育中应加强这方面人格的培养。Objective To explore the change traits of personality among the undergraduates who took part in postgraduates examination, and to provide basis for practicing education. Methods With 16PF, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 230 undergraduates in Baotou. Results The undergraduates who took part in the postgraduates examination had lower scores of privateness (N) and higher scores in dominance ( E), liveliness (F), rule-consciousness(G), sensitivity (I) and abstractedness (M) as well as success in major. In males, the students who took part in the postgraduates examination had higher scores in E, F, I and M. In females, the students took part in the examination had higher score in N and apprehension (0). Among the students took part in the examination, males had higher scores of E and lower score of warmth (A) than females. Conclusion For the contributions to students' intellectuality, cultivation of G, E, F and M in personality should be strengthened in college.
