玉米人工合成群体的杂种优势模式研究

摘  要:以8个玉米综合群体的双列杂交和6个群体与6个自交系的NCII交配设计试验,根据杂交种的单株产量和产量因子表现以及配合力表现,对5个玉米人工合成群体的杂种优势模式进行研究。结果表明,新合成的群体WBM和豫综5号的单株产量较高,且其单株产量的一般配合力较好,是2个遗传基础较好的合成群体。豫综5号和WLS与Lancaster,WBM和LBM与BS(M-S)C23的特殊配合力较好,但LLS与Lancaster和BS群体的特殊配合力均较低。另外,WLS和LBM与Mo17杂交,LLS、WBM和豫综5号与HZ51杂交,WLS与HZ32杂交具有较高产量和特殊配合力。这些结果为新合成群体的配合力轮回改良提供了可能的方案。The diallel crossing of eight synthetic populations of maize and NCII mating design of five synthetic populations crossing with six inbred were applied to assay combining ability of grain yield per plant and its component factors and the heterotic patterns of five synthetic population which were developed by breeding unit in China, The results showed that WBM and Yuzhong 5 had a higher grain yield per plant and general combining ability (GCA), indicating that favorable genetic background was hold in the two populations. The crosses of WLS or Yuzhong 5× Lancaster, WBM or LBM ×BS(M-S) C23,showed higher specific combining ability (SCA) of grain yield, but LLS cross Lancaster or BS population displayed a lower SCA of grain yield. In addition, the crosses of WLS or LBM × Mol7, LLS or WBM or Yuzhong 5 × Hz51 and WLS × Hz32 showed higher yield and SCA of grain yield per plant. The results implied an availability and strategy to improve combining ability of these synthetic populations.
