五鹤续断不同生长期部分有效成分的分析

摘　　要：对五鹤续断不同生长期多糖及可溶性糖的变化进行了分析,并采用索氏提取法对不同生长时期的五鹤续断中总生物碱进行提取并分离,探讨用紫外分光光度法测定总生物碱含量的方法。结果表明:五鹤续断随着生长年限的增加,其根中可溶性糖的含量呈现出明显的递减趋势,而根中总生物碱和多糖的含量积累呈现出递增趋势;其叶中总生物碱的含量、多糖及可溶性糖的含量均较低。但总的来看,五鹤续断根中总生物碱、多糖及可溶性糖含量均相对较高,具有较好的药用价值和开发价值。The contents of alkaloids,polysaccharide and soluble sugar in Wu-He Dipsacus asper were determined. Results indicated the relative increase of content of alkaloids and polysaccharide and the relative decrease of soluble sugar in the roots of Wu-He Dipsacus asper with the increasing of Wu-He Dipsacus asper growing years.While in the leaves of Wu-He Dipsacus asper the contents of alkaloids,polysacharose and soluble sugar were much lower. So the roots of Wu-He Dipsacus asper was suitable for Chinese medicine.
