摘  要:采用液相化学法对聚丙烯进行了表面亲水化处理,考察了处理过程中氧化剂种类、处理时间、处理温度、硫酸浓度、氧化剂与硫酸的质量比对亲水化效果的影响;应用正交试验法确定了合适的处理条件。结果表明亲水化处理可使接触角降低约30%。对处理前后的聚丙烯表面进行红外光谱分析,发现在1714cm-1处(?)C=O伸缩振动峰显著增强,说明处理可使聚丙烯表面含氧基团增加。用光学显微镜观察,发现处理后的表面粗糙度增大。分析认为聚丙烯表面亲水性提高的原因除了含氧基团增加外,表面粗糙度的增加亦具有重要作用。The surface hydrophilicity of polypropylene (PP) was enhanced through wet chemical treatment. The influence factors, including the species of oxidizer, treating time, treating temperature, concentration of H2SO4 and the mass ratio of K2Cr2O4 to H2SO4, were investigated. The treatment conditions were optimized through orthogonal test. The results indicated that the contact angle of treated PP decreased by 30 %. The FT-IR spectra showed a much stronger absorption peak of the carboxylic group C=O at 1714 cm^- 1 which indicated that the number of polar oxygenous group increased. The microscope images showed that the surface roughness was increased. The enhancement of surface hydrophilicity was attributed to both the generation of polar oxygen-containing on the surface and the increased surface roughness.
