摘  要:采用ANSYS软件对镀锌钢板点焊过程进行数值模拟.该模拟过程对镀锌层的存在,特别是对接触电阻的影响给予了重视,建立了轴对称2-D模型,采用热、电耦合计算方法,输入不同焊接条件,得到最终的温度场分布图,并算出熔核直径.将得到的有限元模拟结果与实验结果相对照,发现两者较为吻合.该有限元程序可以用于焊点质量预测以及电极磨损下的焊点质量初步预测,作为焊接参数设置及焊接质量判断的辅助依据,其结果可部分替代实际生产中的焊点破坏试验.A spot welding of zinc-coated steel was simulated by ANSYS. In the simulation, a 2-D model is established with special attention paid to the zinc coat, because it dramatically affects the nugget size. The model adopts an electro-thermo coupling method to calculate the temperature field distribution, through which the nugget size can be measured. The simulation results are approximate with the experimental data, which proves it is feasible to simulate the spot welding procedure with ANSYS. The program can be used to preliminarily predict the weld quality in technology experiments and in the continuous welding with electrode abrasion, the results of which can replace partly the weld destructive experiments as auxiliary criterion to set the welding conditions and judge the weld quality.
