摘 要:针对钻具螺纹接头轴对称特点以及所承受复合载荷的特点,应用接触力学理论建立了将三维问题退化为拟三维问题的有限元半解析法,推导出钻具螺纹在任意载荷作用下的载荷、位移和刚度矩阵公式,并编制了计算钻具螺纹力学性能的弹塑性有限元力学软件.软件计算结果和实验数据比较一致,表明该力学模型和软件是可靠的.该软件可用于评价API钻具螺纹的力学性能,同时也可用于设计新型钻具螺纹,基于此原理,研制了双台肩钻具螺纹接头并得到应用.According to the characteristic of axis symmetry of a tool joint and its combined load,a semianalytical model was established, by which the 3-D FEA model of the tool joint can be changed into the pseudo-3D model, and the load, displacement and stiffness matrix of the tool joint under the combined load was obtained. Based on the theoretical research, an elastic-plastic FEA software to compute the mechanical property of the tool joint was developed, which can calculate the mechanical property of the API tool joint under the combined load and can be used to develop a new-type tool joint. The results of the FEA software is coincident with the experiment data. It can also be used to develop a new-type double shoulder tool joint. The result, indicates that the theoretial model and the software are reasonable.
