摘　　要：The evaluative indices system of cities at county level development quality is constructed.According to the goal value of every evaluation and the model of synthesis evaluation,the development quality of 27 cities at county level in Jiangsu provincial is analysed comprehensively from 2000 to 2002.The quantitative model in common condition that measures the degree of harmony development between the qualitative systems of city is used.The development harmony of 27 cities qualitative systems is studied separately on the basis of the model of harmony degree and the synthesis evaluation result in three years urbanization process lately.The evaluative indices system of cities at county level development quality is constructed.According to the goal value of every evaluation and the model of synthesis evaluation,the development quality of 27 cities at county level in Jiangsu provincial is analysed comprehensively from 2000 to 2002.The quantitative model in common condition that measures the degree of harmony development between the qualitative systems of city is used.The development harmony of 27 cities qualitative systems is studied separately on the basis of the model of harmony degree and the synthesis evaluation result in three years urbanization process lately.
