摘  要:阐述了轨迹成形法加工装置的结构原理和加工方法。以凸椭圆加工为例,推导了轨迹的截取和转移的数学模型,比较了直线包络和圆弧包络两种结构的加工口径问题。最后提出了改制机床的一种形式。In this paper, the elementary, structure of the processing equipment for trajectory copying method is introduced, and its processing technique is also illuminated: As an example, the mathematic model of the trajectory's intercepting and transferring of a convex elliptical surface is deduced also. The processing caliber problem is compared between the structure of lines enveloping and the structure of circles enveloping, each has its strong point. Finally a shape of the improved machine is presented.
