摘  要:研制了一种用于铜蒸气激光器的高稳定度同步延迟脉冲充电开关电源。采用直流开关电源组提供稳定低压直流,四路数控的IGBT开关变换器以同步延迟群脉冲方式工作,其次级串联后产生脉冲高压,以“欠谐振”方式给储能电容充电达14kV。电源平均功率3500W,充电峰值电压短期波动小于0.5%,在10kHz重复频率下的充电延迟时间约40μs。该电源在有效降低闸流管连通概率的同时保证了激光器充电的高稳定性。A highly steady synchronous pulse charging power supply for Copper Vapor Laser was developed. With a suit of DC switching power modules to supply steady low voltnge, four digital controlled switching converters working in synchronous group pulse mode, the device were developed to provide high voltage pulse with their secondary coils connected in series.This system may charge the energy capacitance to 14kV in 'under resouance'mede with an average power of 3500W and a short- term voltage fluctuation 〈 0.5%. The delay time relative to the synchronous signal is about 40μs at 10kHz repeat frequency. This power supply can reduce the impenetrate probability of thyratron,at the same time it can ensure the high steadiness of the charge for the laser.
