摘　　要：目的:加强医疗数据质量管理,提高医疗质量准确性。方法:采用回顾性方法,统计1998-2003年医疗质量指标,三年为一个时间段,与“三甲”目标值对比分析。结果:人为因素影响医疗质量指标准确性。结论,医疗数据质量影响管理决策的制定和医疗质量安全的重视。Objective：To improve the quality of medical data.Methods：Study the statistical index of medical treatment quality in the hospital, comparing with the standard of the tertiary hospitals of A grade. Results：The accuracy of the statistical index need to improve. Conclusion： The accurate statistical index is the basis of mangemtent decision.
