摘　　要：目的探讨早期护理干预措施对脑损伤患儿体格、智能及运动发育的影响。方法将95例患儿随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(47例),对照组常规护理治疗,观察组在此基础上行水疗指针综合疗法,连续6个月。由专人进行体格发育与神经系统检查及智力测定。结果6个月后观察组患儿的体格、智能及运动发育均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论水疗指针综合疗法对脑损伤患儿体格、智能及运动发育有明显的促进作用,可减少伤残,降低脑性瘫痪的发生率。Objective To study the effects of early intervention on physical psychomotor development of brain injury infants. Methods In 95 cases, with brain injury were randomly divided into observation group（n=48） and control group（n=47）, The infants in the control group received routine nursing care ,while those in the observation group subjected to touching and acupoint massage .et nursing care lasting 6 months . inaddition to routine nursing care the growing index neuronal behaviors, intelligence and mation score were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. Results In the observation group the above indices were superior to those in the control group （P〈0. 01）.Conclusion touching and acupoint massage .et nursing care have obviously promoting effects on intelligence neuronal behavior and development of infants with brain injury, The early intervention might reduce the incidence of the cerebral palsy and disability.
