摘　　要：随着加入世贸组织和全球经济一体化的迅速推进,我国建筑业面临日益激烈的竞争环境,如何提高企业竞争力,抢占技术制高点已经成为企业必须面对的主要问题。文章从这一背景出发,在考虑了建筑业技术创新特点的基础上,提出了建筑业企业技术创新战略的选择及运用思路。Along with China＇s entering WTO and rapidly advancing of the global economy integration,our countries building industry are facing a more and more severe competitive environment.How to improve competitivenessand occupy the critical elevation is becoming the main question which the enterprise must face.From this background and considering the technology innovation＇s characteristic of the building industry,the paper puts forward the train of thoughts of choosing and applying to the tactic of the technology innovation in the building industry.
