淮安市旅游资源的开发定位分析

摘　　要：淮安市是江淮流域人类文明的发源地之一,是国家级历史文化名城熏人文荟萃,旅游资源十分丰富,但分布不均,地区差异大。文章指出,在旅游开发定位时应以文化遗迹和名人故居为基础,发展爱国主义教育旅游;打造文化品牌,发展文化旅游熏利用交通过境优势,发展过境旅游。Huaian is one of cradles of human culture in Jianghuai drainage area, and it is a state listed famous historical and culture city. There are many places of historic interest and scenic beauty, Huaian is abundant in tourism resource, but it is not equipotent, and the characteristic of tourism resource is very dissimilar in different districts in Huaian. The article points out that the developing orientation of tourism should be based on culture ruins and dwelling places of important people and should develop the culture scutcheon, culture tourism and red tourism. Using the advantage of district and traffic,transient tourism should be developed in Huaian.
