摘　　要：从就业率、毕业生地区流向、毕业生单位性质流向,分析了山东体育学院毕业生的就业现状。要改善毕业生的就业现状,一方面需要提高毕业生整体素质,增强就业竞争能力,另一方面需要转变就业观念,拓宽就业渠道,提高就业水平。From the employment rate, the regional trend and the unit property trend of graduates from SDIPES, it has made an analysis of their present employment situation. To improve the present employment situation of the graduates, on one hand, it needs to raise their whole quality and strengthen their employment competition ＇ability, and on the other hand, to change the idea of conventional employment, open up the way of employment and raise the level of employment.
