摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔灌洗联合施他宁治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果和护理方法.方法回顾性分析了我院2003年1月～2004年6月应用腹腔灌洗联合施他宁治疗18例急性重症胰腺炎的治疗及护理效果.结果 18例急性重症胰腺炎的患者应用腹腔灌洗联合施他宁治疗,有效率达100%.结论 腹腔灌洗联合施他宁是治疗急性重症胰腺炎的有效方法.而严密的病情观察、正确的腹腔灌洗护理、加强基础护理与营养支持是治疗成功的重要措施.Objective To probe the nursing and effects of peritoneal lavage （PL） combining somatostatin in treatment of acute and grave pancreatitis. Methods The data of 18 cases of patients with acute and grave pancreatitis from January 2003 to June 2004, who were treated with PL combining somatostatin, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions It is an effective method combining PL and somatostatin. Rigorous pathogenetic condition observation, exact nursing, intensive basic nursing and nutitional support are the important measures for successful treatment.
