摘　　要：目的　探讨半开放式管理对精神分裂症患者发生攻击行为的影响。方法　将半开放式管理模式精神病院中44例有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者作为实验组,封闭式管理模式精神病院中44例有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者作为对照组,用自编的“住院精神患者攻击行为相关因子评估表”进行临床资料收集和分析。结果　实验组攻击行为主要及相关因素中,与患者吵架及要求得不到满足的例数明显少于对照组;攻击行为与住院时间的关系中,第16 d以上的例数明显少于对照组;发生2次以上攻击行为明显少于对照组。结论　半开放式管理模式更有利于疾病的恢复。Objective To probe the influence of half opening administration style on the aggressive behaviors of schizophrenics. Methods 44 cases of schizophrenic with aggressive behavior in mental health hospital adopting half opening administration style were as the experimental group, and 44 cases of schizophrenic with aggressive behavior in mental health hospital adopting closed administration style were as the control group. Using self-designed evaluation sheet for schizophrenic with aggressive behaviors about correlation factors, the clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the cases quarreling with other patients and cannot obtaining the need were not so many as that of the control group. The case with aggressive behavior above 16 days staying in hospital decreased obviously, also with more than two times aggressive behaviors decreasing. Conclusions Half opening administration style is more favourable for disease recovery.
