精密过滤输液器减少输液反应的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨精密过滤输液器减少输液反应的效果。方法　将使用中药注射剂的患者随机分成试验组和对照组各2000 例,试验组用一次性精密过滤输液器,对照组用一次性输液管,观察两组患者输液反应发生率。结果　试验组无输液反应发生,对照组有15 例发生输液反应,两者相比差异有统计学意义( P <0.01)。结论　使用一次性精密过滤输液器是减少输液反应的有效措施。Objective To discuss the effects of precise filtering infusion apparatus on reducing the infusion reactions. Methods The rate of infusion reaction was observed in 4000 patients using traditional Chinese medicine inject, and all patients were randomly divided into two groups, 2000 patients in the research group used the precise filtering infusion apparatus, 2000 patients in the control group used the one time infusion apparatus. Results None of infusion reaction in the research group, 15 infusion reactions occurred in control group, there were significant different （P〈0.01） between two groups. Conclusions The precise filtering infusion apparatus can decrease the rate of infusion reactions.
