新鲜芦荟汁外涂治疗小儿输液外渗的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新鲜芦荟汁外涂与传统50%硫酸镁湿敷小儿输液外渗的各自优、缺点,为临床处理输液外渗提供参考。方法随机进行57例新鲜芦荟汁外涂(观察组)和49例50%硫酸镁湿敷(对照组)小儿输液外渗,并对其临床资料统计、对比、分析。结果观察组和对照组平均显效时间比较,P<0.01;两组显效率比较,P<0.05,不良反应比较,P<0.01,均有显著性差异,观察组效果优于对照组。结论新鲜芦荟汁外涂与硫酸镁湿敷小儿输液外渗的效果比较,具有明显的、多方面的优势,新鲜芦荟汁外涂处理小儿输液外渗是值得推广使用的护理新技术。Objective To probe the advantages and disadvantages of the fresh Aloe juice and 50% magnesium sulfate on the treatment of infusion exosmosis. Methods Fifty-seven pediatric patients with infusion exosmosis （served as observation group） treated with fresh Aloe juice were analyzed, and comparing randomly with 49 ones （served as control group） treated with 50% magnesium sulfate. Resuits Compared between the observation group and the control group, there was significant difference in the average effective time, P 〈 0.01. There was significant difference in effective rate, P 〈 0.05, and in side-effect, P〈 0.01. In a word, the observation group was better than the control group on all sides.Conclusions Compared the observation group and the control one, fresh Aloe juice has obvious and multiple advantages than 500% magnesium sulfate, therefore, the treatment of infusion exosmosis with fresh Aloe juice is a valuable nursing technique worthy of wide use.
