摘　　要：设计阶段控制工程造价是节约投资的关键,应该运用价值工程推广标准设计、建立质量认证体系等手段有效地控制投资,提高经济效益。Controlling the cost of construction projects is the key of economy investment during the period of design. The economic benefit will be improved by using the effective means of control investment, such as the value engineering , generalizing standard design, and building the system of quality certification.
