摘  要:在明确了茶皂素对Bt细菌的生长无影响后,测定了茶皂素与微生物农药Bt防治蔬菜害虫小菜蛾的联合作用。茶皂素在1000mg/L和2000mg/L浓度下对Bt有显著的增效作用,对小菜蛾3龄和4龄幼虫的共毒系数分别为168.10、260.93和408.15、543.68。田间小区试验的结果也显示,加入1000mg/L茶皂素到Bt药液中,可明显提高对小菜蛾的防治效果,施药3d以后,Bt3000倍加茶皂素处理的防治效果与Bt单剂1000倍无显著差异,表明茶皂素对Bt防治小菜蛾具有显著的增效作用。这在生产实际中有一定的应用价值。The co- effects of tea saponin mixed with microbio pesticide Bt on diamondback moth plutella xylostella (L.) were tested after no adverse effects of tea saponin on growth of Bt hypha was confirmed. There was significant synergistic actions on Bt with 1 000 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L tea saponin, the co - toxicity coefficients of Bt on the third and fourth instar larvae of plutella xylostella(L. ) were 168.10, 260.93 and 408.15, 543.68, respectively. Field trial showed that tea saponin added at concentrations of 1 000 ml/L, the mortality of plutella xylostella ( L. ) was significantly increasing compared with control ( no tea saponin added). No significant differences were found between Bt 3000 times with tea saponin and Bt 1000 times only after 3 days spray.The results show there are significant synergistic actions of tea saponin on Bt against plutella xylostella (L.).
