摘　　要：目的评价Norton评估表对老年患者压疮的预测效果,寻找一种适合国情、有效而可靠的压疮评估表,及时指导护士对压疮高危老年患者采取预防性护理措施。方法运用Norton评估表,对年龄≥60岁,入院时未发现压疮的老年患者进行评估,共有64名患者接受评估。结果Norton评估表临界值,首次评估取14分(敏感度87%,特异度62%),末次评估取11分(敏感度80%,特异度80%)时,该评估表有较理想的敏感度和特异度。阴性预测值(大于95%)较理想,而阳性预测值不理想。结论Norton评估表对老年患者压疮发生有较好的预测效果。Objective To examine the predictive validity of the Norton evaluation sheet in predicting pressure sore risk in senile patients, to find an effective and safe pressure sore evaluation sheet,guiding nurses to adopt prophylactic nursing intervention for senile patients with high pressure sore risk.Methods Sixty-four patients, above sixty years old, free of pressure sore at admission, were assessed using the Norton Scales. Results The Norton Scales with a critical value score of 14 at first assessing and of 11 at the end assessing, demonstrated good balance of sensitivity and specificity. And it also had relatively high negative value （＞95%）, but positive predictive value was not satisfied. Conclusions The Norton Scales is effective in pressure sore risk prediction and suitable for use in elders.
