摘　　要：目的着重探讨应用微导管超选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的临床护理经验。方法回顾分析我院1998年6月～2004年6月35例行超选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的患者的围手术期护理经验。结果35例患者术前准备充分,术中术后护理严密,大咯血得到控制。结论围手术期配合优质高效的护理,能有效保证大咯血治疗的顺利进行,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate clinical nursing experiences of patients with hemoptysis treating with superselective bronchial artery embolization using microtubular. Methods Retrospectively analyzing perioperative nursing experiences of 35 cases of hemoptysis patients treating with superselective bronchial artery embolization from Jun. 1998 to Jun. 2004 in Westchina Hospital of Sichuan University.Results 35 cases of patients with hemoptysis ceased with sufficient preoperative preparation and serious ongoing and postoperative nursing. Conclusions Perioperative nursing with high quality and high efficiency can insure the treatment of hemoptysis and promote the healing of the patients.
