摘　　要：目的提高上颌骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿切除术的安全性和临床护理质量,减少并发症的发生。方法对上颌骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿患者住院资料进行分析,依据条件和手术方案的不同,制定不同的护理方法,完善护理程序并进行术前护理辅导。结果5例上颌骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿患者,全部经术前心理辅导和护理指导,使其充分了解手术必要性,取得患者和家属的积极配合,提高了手术的成功率。术后随访10个月～2年均无复发,仅1例发生急性心肌炎,预后正常。结论开展围手术期护理对提高手术成功率有积极意义,术后镇痛护理和心理抚慰,对减低患者应激反应,减少并发症的发生有重要作用。Objective To raising the safety and clinical nursing quality of aneurismal bone cyst excision, and decrease the occurrence of complications. Methods The data of hospitalized patients with aneurismal bone cyst excision were analyzed. According to deferent condition and operation schema, deferent nursing methods were made, nursing program was consummated and nursing was done before operation. Results Through mental nursing and introduction on discharge before operation, 5 cases of patients with aneurismal bone cyst fully understood the necessity of operation. Under the active combination of patients and their family, the achievement ratio of operation was raised. After ten months and two years following-up, acute myocarditis occurred in one case. Conclusions Perioperative nursing is very important to raise the achievement ratio of operation. Analgesia and mental nursing can decrease patients stress reaction and complications.
