影响铝酸钠液体速凝剂作用效果因素的研究

摘　　要：本文以雁塔水泥熟料、三种石膏和一种铝酸钠液体速凝剂研究了影响铝酸钠液体速凝剂的作用效果的一些因素:掺量、掺入时间、水灰比及水泥中石膏的种类和含量。经过试验及分析发现:(1)速凝剂存在最佳掺量,且最佳掺量与水泥中石膏的含量及速凝剂的掺入方式相关。(2)减水剂能协同提高速凝剂的促凝效果,且能提高砂浆的强度对比率。(3)掺入速凝剂后,砂浆的早期强度得以提高,但后期强度有不同程度的降低,但均能满足JC477-1992标准要求。(4)铝酸盐液体速凝剂对含不同种类石膏的水泥的促凝效果不同。Yanta cement, three kinds of gypsum and a liquid sodium aluminate accelerated agent were used to research the factors that affect the setting time of the cement grout and compressive strength of the cement mortar. It is found that the ratio of agent to cement, the time of the agent mixed to cement grout, the ratio of water to cement, the difference of kinds and contents of the gypsums are some of the factors.
