摘 要:室内试验研究了不同模数的速溶硅酸钠、固体硅酸钠和不同模数的固体硅酸钾对岩屑回收率的影响,得出硅酸盐的模数越大,抑制性越好,硅酸盐加量大于2%时有好的防塌效果,硅酸钾的抑制性大于硅酸钠的结论。根据此结果,考虑到硅酸钠和硅酸钾的价格因素,将硅酸钾和硅酸钠按一定比例混合形成复合硅酸盐CS1。通过评价复合硅酸盐CS1与不同钻井液处理剂的配伍性,研究出了硅磺聚合物钻井液基本配方。介绍了硅磺聚合物钻井液的室内研究及其在文299井的应用情况。结果表明,该硅磺聚合物钻井液抗温达150℃,抗盐达饱和,有较好的抗钙、镁离子污染和粘土污染的能力;有较好的防塌效果和润滑性能,渗透率恢复值高,对油气层有较好的保护作用;现场转换简单,维护方便,在钻井过程中钻井液性能稳定,对电测、固井等完井作业无不良影响。In this paper, influence of instant dissolving and solid sodium silicates with different modulus on the rate of cuttings recovery is studied in laboratory, and potassium silicate was investigated as well. Conclusion was drawn out that, 1) the higher modulus of the silicate, the stronger inhibitive ability it provides; 2) silicate performs excellent slough prevention when the dose is more than 2%; 3) the inhibiting ability potassium silicate is stronger than that of sodium silicate. Based on laboratory results, considering prices of the two silicates, a compounded silicate salt CS-1 was produced, and a silicate-sulfonate polymer drilling fluid formulation was determined. The development of silicate-sulfonate polymer drilling fluid and its application in Wen299 well were introduced in detail. Results demonstrated the fluid's advantages as follows: thermal stability up to 150 ℃, salt tolerance to saturation, strong pollution-resisting by Ca~ 2+, Mg~ 2+ and clay, excellent lubrication, high rate of permeability recovery, simple field conditioning and easy maintenance.
