摘  要:介绍了油井水泥降失水防窜剂DWAI的研制方法,研究了DWAI水泥浆的低失水、微膨胀、直角稠化等性能。结果表明:在35~50℃内,DWAI加量为4%时,水泥浆失水量小于50mL;水泥石渗透率比净浆降低了90%以上;1~6h的水泥石膨胀率达1%~1.38%;初始稠度为8Bc,20~80Bc过渡时间为3min,呈直角稠化。该剂自1999年起分别在大庆、吉林油田不同区块的调整井应用了98口井。固井质量分析表明,应用DWAI水泥浆固井,在固井施工顺利的同时,无环空窜槽现象发生,固井合格率为100%,固井优质率为87.2%。该剂能有效地控制地层油、气、水窜,满足调整井固井施工和提高固井质量的要求。This paper presents the preparation and laboratory evaluation of a cement additive functions both as filtrate loss reducer and channeling preventing agent. Results are as follows: 1) at temperature of 35~50 ℃, the fluid loss of cement slurry can be controlled lower than 50 mL when the addition of DWA- I is 4%; 2) comparing with the clean cement slurry, permeability of set slurry is reduced by more than 90%; 3) the expansion ratio reaches 1%~1.38% in 1~6 h; 4)the initial consistency is 8 Bc, and the transit thickening time is 3 min., appearing right angle coagulation. Since 1999, DWA- I has been used in 98 adjustment wells of different depths in different geological conditions, distributing in Daqing oilfield and Jilin oilfield. Analysis of cementing quality of these wells indicated that, using DWA- I cement slurry, no problems occurred in cementing jobs and no oil/gas/water channeling appeared. The qualified ratio is 100%, and the excellence ratio is 87.2%.
