摘 要:钻井液对水泥浆的污染及水泥浆与泥饼不相容性是影响顶替效率及固井质量提高的主要原因,为此,开发研制了水泥+矿渣体系。文中以草42斜217井和草47斜219井为例介绍了该技术在胜利油田乐安区块的现场应用情况。室内试验和现场应用证明:水泥+矿渣体系与钻井液相容性好,钻井液顶替效率高,二界面胶结质量好;失水性能易于控制,API失水量根据需要可调;体系早期强度高,满足射孔开采要求;体系流动性能好,流性指数和稠度系数满足现场施工要求;水泥石胶结强度较原浆水泥石明显提高。该体系目前已经在该地区应用6口井。In cementing job, cement slurry contamination caused by drilling fluid and incompatibility of cement slurry and mud cake are main factors influencing the displacement rate and the cementing quality improvement. Therefore, a cement-slag slurry was developed. In this paper, applications in Cao4-2-D217 well and Cao4-7-D219 well were taken as examples to illustrate how the fluid works. Lab tests and field using verified that the fluid loss is easy to control, the early strength of set slurry develops well, the rheological property is good, the cementation in the two interfaces is well, and the gel strength is increased substantially. The cement-slag slurry has been used in 6 wells in Lean oilfield.
