摘  要:2004年国外出现了一批针对稳定井壁、防漏堵漏、环境保护和防止地层损害的新型钻井液技术:添加了粘土的新型微泡钻井液,能有效增加地层抗压裂强度的多功能钻井液,用甲酸铯盐水配制出的高密度低固相油基钻井液,具有较高钻井效率并且在环保、健康和安全方面取得很大进展的线型烯烃钻井液,可作为清洁完井液和封隔液的甲酸盐盐水,用新型加重材料———四氧化锰配制出的新型钻井液。同时介绍了在保护油气层方面的新技术:SudiAramc公司发现的最新的地层损害机理,包括结垢造成的地层损害,土酸酸化造成的地层损害和化学剂水锁造成的地层损害;评价钻井液造成地层损害的新方法;通过使用有代表性的岩心、储层温度和压力条件所完成的防止地层损害试验选择钻开油气层钻井液;适用于低压砂岩和碳酸盐岩储层的一种低密度水基钻井液,该钻进油层钻井液采用一种特制的聚合物表面活性剂的复合物和桥堵材料作为稳定剂;专门用于保护疏松砂岩地层和裂缝性石灰岩地层的打开油层钻井液;作为射孔液的新型低固相油基钻井液。Drilling fluid developed fast in 2004 internationally, several new drilling fluids focused on hole stabilization, shale swelling inhibition and formation damage prevention appeared, which including novel alphorn drilling fluid, designer mud, heavy low solids oil-base drilling fluid, magic mud and formate drilling fluid. Also, new theory, new material and new additives were used, making drilling fluid technology went forward further. BJ carried out research on chemical characteristics of formate in down hole environment, and its property at HTHP wells was illustrated. At the same time, a new weighting material-manganese tetroxide was presented, also the drilling fluid prepared with it. At the aspect of formation damage, the newest mechanism proposed by Sudi Arame includes damage caused by scaling, mud acid acidizing and additive’s water blocking. A new method for evaluating formation damage by drilling fluid was put forward. Based on lab experiments, drill-in fluid for low pressure oil layer, completion fluid and light oil-base drilling fluid as perforating fluid were presented.
