摘  要:储气库注采井与常规天然气井相比,储气库井的井身寿命要求长,运行工况条件苛刻,保护储气层要求高。大港储气库井固井完井存在着地层压力系数低,封固段长,套管不举重,水泥浆易发生窜槽,水泥浆设计困难,灰量大、施工时间长,生产套管要求棋迷行好,完井工具准备难等特点。因此进行了室内研究和相应的施工准备。优选出了双密双凝水泥浆体系,并制定出了相应的技术措施。以大港储气库库311井φ177.8mm套管双级固井施工情况为例,介绍了该水泥浆体系和相应技术措施的应用。10口井施工作业表明,固井优质率达到90%。Comparing with conventional gas well, the life of gas storage well is required to be longer, while the work condition is more challenging and the formation protection is in high level. In cementing gas storage wells in Dagang oilfield, characteristics of low formation pressure coefficient, long cementing interval exists. For gas channeling is easy to occur in cement slurry, it is difficult to design good slurry. Therefore, lab study on cement slurry and corresponding operation preparation were made. As a result, double-density two-stage cement slurry was selected, and relative measures were taken. In this paper, φ177.8 mm casings in Ku3-11 well in Dagang oilfield was taken as an example to illustrate the using of this fluid and the measures. Operation of this technology in 10 wells results in excellent cementing quality up to 90%.
