区域信息化水平比较与差异因素的实证研究

摘　　要：结合现有可得数据选取适当的指标,利用主成分分析、聚类分析等方法,把我国各地区按信息化水平高低分为四大类,并呈现出东部沿海地区先进,中西部地区落后的格局,应尽快采取措施缩小区域信息发展差距,增强落后地区信息发展能力。Combined with acquirable data under proper index, the paper employs principal component analysis and cluster analysis to classify four groups of IT application levels of each region in our country. The conclusion is the eastern and southern regions walks ahead and middle and western regions backward. Therefore, we should speed up countermeasures to reduce the gap and enhance the growth capability of information in backward regions.
