摘  要:以证明管状直流阀优于环状阀为目的,从结构特点、工作原理、性能参数等方面分析了两种阀对活塞压缩机经济性、可靠性的影响,推论是管状直流阀优于环状阀。给出两种阀的实测数据对比,从而验证了推论的正确性。The aim of the experiment is to prove that the tubular-value is more economically efficient and reliable compared to the annular-value, from various aspects such as characteristics, theory-wise and capability. The two different kinds of values are subjected to various test in the same piston-compressor in two different situations. The data of the economical aspects and reliability of the values are also recorded and compared. The results prove that the substitution of the annular-value with the tubular-value is one of the important factors affecting the energy efficiency, noise production and life of the equipment.
